Scenic Rivers Land Trust will once again be an official nonprofit partner of the 2025 Anne Arundel County Lifeline 100 Bicycle Event. Cyclists of all ages and experience levels are invited to enjoy a one-of-a-kind ride through the scenic landscapes of Anne Arundel County on Sunday, October 5, 2025, while raising funds to support land and water conservation in our community. 2025 Anne Arundel County Lifeline 100 Bicycle Event offers a great experience for cyclists of all levels with 100, 65, 30, and 15 mile route options as well as a family fun ride. These routes wind throughout scenic Anne Arundel County, including past several of Scenic Rivers’ conserved properties, the rolling countryside of southern Anne Arundel County, waterfront views, and more! Registration Fees Century Ride – Regular: $60; Late: $75 65-mile Ride – Regular: $50; Late: $65 30-mile Ride – Regular: $40; Late: $50 15-mile Ride – Regular: $35; Late: $45 Register Ride Information: The full century ride includes four supported rest stops. The route is scenic, primarily consisting of road riding, and features a variety of scenic views, including the Severn River, College Creek, Spa Creek, South River, and Chesapeake Bay. The 65-mile ride includes three supported rest stops. The route is scenic, primarily consisting of road riding, and features a variety of scenic views, including the Severn River, College Creek, Spa Creek, South River, and Chesapeake Bay. The 30-mile ride includes two supported rest stops. The route is on entirely flat, paved trails—perfect for riders of all ages and abilities, and any bike (hybrid, beach cruiser, mountain bike, tandem, etc.). The 15-mile ride includes one supported rest stop. Route is on entirely flat, paved trails—perfect for riders of all ages and abilities, and any type of bike (hybrid, beach cruiser, mountain bike, tandem, etc.) All riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. When you register to ride through Scenic Rivers, a portion of your registration fee supports our mission to conserve the special forests, farms, wetlands, and natural areas in Anne Arundel County. Your participation in the Lifeline 100 on behalf of Scenic Rivers will help ensure that we can continue to conserve and protect the natural areas that make Anne Arundel County a vibrant and healthy home for us all. The free Children’s Bike Rodeo, for ages 4-10, provided by PedalPowerKids, will return from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. for a fun and educational experience. The Bike Rodeo will include a short bike safety check, helmet instruction, and safe riding tips, followed by a kids’ obstacle riding course that provides for turns, stops, and crossings. There will also be a family-friendly free Bike Safari where kids can find hidden animals on the park trails.
