Savor the Flavors at Timber Pizza in Annapolis

Timber Pizza in Annapolis is a cozy, intimate place to enjoy some really outstanding pizza with your friends and family. The restaurant is small, but perfect for enjoying the company of the people you are with. They do not take reservations. You can also order your pizza and pick it up at the front counter. They do a brisque take out business.

The first thing you notice when walking in the door is the big green wood-fired pizza oven. Order at the front counter and then pick a spot to sit. Your food will be delivered to you.

The pizzas are delicious with nicely browned crusty edges. The menu includes green pizzas, red pizzas, and white pizzas. Each type of pizza is offered with different toppings, but you can also customize your pizza. There are currently 33 different add-on toppings on the menu. And gluten free pizzas are an option.

Timber Salads

Don’t skip over the salad offerings that pair well with pizza. They come in two sizes. The small version serves 2 people, and the larger version 3-4 people. The salads are delicious with unusual combinations of vegetables. The Samaan includes seasonal greens with roasted and crispy sweet potatoes, shaved beets and pistachios. The OMG salad adds cranberries, candied pecans, popped quinoa, sliced apples, maldon salt, and cranberry dressing to seasonal greens.

Beer and wine are available as well as some specialty non-alcoholic drinks.
