So many of the Maryland farms below raise more than just Thanksgiving turkeys; you’ll find pasture-raised chickens, eggs, lamb, pork and grass-fed beef. Others also offer fresh produce that will complement any Thanksgiving meal. Many of these Maryland farms offer home delivery and are present at several Farmers Markets across the state. When you buy a farm-fresh turkey, you are supporting local Maryland farms and can speak directly to the people that raise them; it’s your own personal farm-to-table meal and a great way to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.
